Join us in building community, not waste
November 1, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
PACS - 11020 NE Halsey St, Portland, OR 97220
The PACS Flea Market is a community-driven event built around a simple idea: building community, not waste. We are bringing neighbors together to buy, sell, and reuse secondhand treasures, keep good items out of landfills, and support local makers and collectors.
To make sure everyone can participate, we’ve kept our vendor fees as low as $10—making the space accessible, welcoming, and affordable for all local vendors and shoppers alike. If you are in a position to contribute extra, we offer options to donate more toward your vendor fee to help support this new event and keep it accessible for others.
We are looking for all types of vendors. Please note that tables + tents will not be provided.
Join us to shop circular, connect with your community, and give pre-loved goods a second life!
