PACS Thrift Store Donations

PACS Thrift Store Donations

The PACS Thrift Stores are a major resource for low-income families. The store’s existence depends entirely on donations of clothing and household items. Donations can be dropped off during the hours listed below. All donations are tax-deductible according to IRS guidelines (More information IRS Website).  Please consult your tax professional to make the determination of your tax deduction.

Hours that we Accept Donations

We accept donations Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 1:30 pm; and Sunday from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (For store hours see here). We do not accept donations after hours. Leaving donations after hours is considered illegal dumping and diverts our resources from serving the community.  Weather damages the goods left after hours and unattended donations are often vandalized, stolen and turned into trash. This results in our spending time to clean up the mess and costs us a significant amount of money in additional waste disposal fees. Donations left after hours hurt our ability to carry out our mission.
