Dental Reception Position
We are looking for a warm, kind front office person for our new nonprofit dental clinic. You will be the first voice they here and the first smile they see! Our nonprofit is different than most in that we will be offering more comprehensive services, though our main goal is to love on the people of this community, and to BE the Gospel! Some dental experience is preferred.
· 4 days a week (Mon-Th or Tue-Fri)
· Computer skills, willing to learn our operating system Eaglesoft
· Payment collection
· Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPPA standards
· Run the schedule for doctor and hygienist
· Greet and welcome patients with a warmth and dignity
· CPR certified (willing to obtain before hire date or willing to take a class with the office)
THIS IS A PAID POSITION $16-18 per hour depending on experience

Dental Hygiene Position
We are excited to announce that we are looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our new nonprofit dental clinic! We are looking for a hygienist who excels at, and has a heart for patient education. We want to offer a full hygiene program to our patients, and education is key to helping make this successful. While the dentistry is center stage, we really want to love on this community and be a place of hope and peace for them. Our goal is to BE the Gospel. Because we are nonprofit we will not be driven by production, and you will have a say in the amount of time you would like for each patient.
· Current state license
· CPR certified (or willing to take a class with the team)
· 3-4 days a week. (You decide!)
· Eaglesoft knowledge a plus
· Team player
· Excellent communication skills
· Willing to take the time to explain dental procedures until patient clearly understands

Join Our Food Pantry Team
Food Pantry Logistics Coordinator (Temporary Part-time 20-24 hours per week through March 2019. A possibility of position continuing beyond that date) The PACS Food Pantry operates Monday – Friday. The Food Pantry Logistics Coordinator reports to the Food Pantry Manager and is responsible ensuring the efficient logistics management (to pick up food from grocery stores and Oregon Food Bank), intake and processing of food donations. The position assists in maintaining records ensuring that food handling safety practices and equipment operation procedures are followed, and coordinates work with other team members. Externally, the position requires interactions with the Oregon Food Bank and with grocery stores providing PACS with food donations.
