People experience difficulty for various reasons. Regardless of the cause of an individual's struggles, we believe that each person is valuable and has possiblities for a better life. The Awards Dinner is your chance to demolish insurmountable barriers for people in need, and inspire others to do the same. Together we can give disadvantaged families in the Portland area hope of a better life. Your life will also be changed by the impact for good you are having on someone else.

This year's event includes a very special program featuring storyteller and world traveler Dick Duerksen as featured speaker. You don't want to miss him. The event also features a silent auction, gourmet meal and an awards presentation. It's on October 9, 4 p.m., Embassy Suites Hotel-Portland Airport (7900 NE 82nd Ave). Last year's event raised over $103,000 to help people in need.

How can I help through this event?

Sponsorships are available from $600 through $10,000. You can also help by donating an item, service, vacation package, or recreational activity to sell through the silent auction.
